Binaural Beat Generator

Binaural beat generator
Use headphones. Left and right ears get slightly different tones.

How binaural beats work

When each ear hears a slightly different frequency, the brain perceives a third, slow pulsing tone at the difference. For example 200 Hz in the left ear and 210 Hz in the right produce a 10 Hz beat. People use these for focus, relaxation or sleep playlists.

How to use it

Put on headphones, set the base and beat frequency, and press Play. Download a 30-second stereo WAV to build longer tracks.
