Binaural Beat Generator
Binaural Beat Generator
Set a base tone and a beat frequency and the tool sends a slightly different pitch to each ear. See which brainwave band the beat falls in. Headphones required.
How binaural beats work
When each ear hears a slightly different frequency, the brain perceives a third, slow pulsing tone at the difference. For example 200 Hz in the left ear and 210 Hz in the right produce a 10 Hz beat. People use these for focus, relaxation or sleep playlists.
How to use it
Put on headphones, set the base and beat frequency, and press Play. Download a 30-second stereo WAV to build longer tracks.

Are binaural beats proven?

Yes, free forever.
